Stamp duty holiday – Doncaster – The Budget

This years Budget was probably the most anticipated in our history, and it seems there was plenty of good news regards the housing market. The introduction to 5% deposit mortgages is a welcome offering for first time buyers. The stamp duty holiday extension, will be a relief for those who are stuck in a long winded chain. With a further reduction right up to October, this should ensure that the housing market continues full steam a head!
