Joe has over 23 year’s experience within the financial services industry. He is level 4 diploma qualified and holds his CeMap mortgage qualification. He has specialist knowledge in pensions & investments and prides himself in delivering an exceptional client experience.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He plays squash and can also hold his own on the golf course.
Mortgage & Protection Equity Release Specialist
Steve joined Clear Finance in 2015 and brings with him a wealth of experience within the financial service industry. He has previously had an extremely successful career within retail banking including senior bank management roles. He has gained national recognition as the top performing customer consultancy adviser in the country, on many separate occasions. His expertise lies within the mortgage and protection general insurance markets.
As well as being a fully qualified mortgage adviser Steve is also qualified to provide specialist advice to clients seeking equity release solutions.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Manchester United fan.

Alison has 34 year’s experience in General insurance including Office Manager for 20 year’s in a local bank. She prides herself in placing her clients with the best policy to suit their needs and has the ability to offer a personal service, no matter what challenge is put in front of her.
She has a passion for travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Nikki has worked closely with Alison for the last 22 year’s and between them have a great understanding. She too has a vast knowledge of the General insurance market.
Nikki also has a passion in travelling and is an avid Manchester United supporter, most of her time though is spent with her two daughters and socialising with her friends.

Connor joined Clear Finance in 2022 as a financial apprentice after leaving college and has since progressed to become a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Consultant. Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals, Connor provides expert guidance on mortgages and protection solutions, ensuring every client receives tailored advice and outstanding service. Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Connor is dedicated to delivering the highest standards of professionalism.
